1st Alpha Strike Masters Baden-Württemberg – Tournament report from Süßen
On Saturday, May 17, 2025, everything revolved around BattleTech Alpha Strike in the town hall of Süßen. The 1st Alpha Strike Masters Baden-Württemberg took place there – a tournament that not only offered exciting battles on the gaming table, but also brought the local community closer together.
The game was played according to the Wolfnet 350 standard

Each participant brought their own unit composition – consisting of up to 350 PV (Point Value). The game was played in the IlClan era, which allowed for a variety of modern and thematically appropriate units.
Everyone against everyone – missions by dice roll
Due to the number of participants, the game was played in an each-against-each mode, which meant that each player was used several times and faced different opponents. The mission played was determined by a dice roll before each match, which provided additional excitement and variety.
Tactical depth and exciting battles
Over the course of the tournament, there were many exciting duels with clever maneuvers, surprising changes of strategy and tactical challenges. Although the format was competitive, the focus was clearly on having fun – a pleasant mix of tournament character and friendly interaction.

With a good feel for structure, game flow and atmosphere, he made sure that all participants felt well looked after – whether it was the rules briefing, time management or answering spontaneous questions during the event.
More than just a tournament – a living community
During the breaks there was plenty of time to talk about favorite lances, rules interpretations and the latest developments in the BattleTech universe. The atmosphere was consistently positive – people laughed, discussed and talked shop.

The 1st Alpha Strike Masters BW was a complete success and a strong sign for the growing Alpha Strike community in southern Germany.
